Stef Bloom is a fractional product leader, advisor and consultant. She works on large product, strategy and operations projects for mission-driven organizations. Past client work includes developing strategy for a website rebuild, building a research-informed membership strategy and executing a major rebrand.
Prior to starting Florecer Studio, she held product and operations roles at a number of pioneering organizations. She led through periods of drastic growth and change, translating vision into tangible action and results. Through these experiences, Stef built a strong muscle for unpacking complex problems and driving a clear path forward. Her proudest professional accomplishments include the successful execution of NYT Cooking's monetization strategy, launching Chief's member site & app from 0-1 in less than a year, and modernizing the White House's internal tech systems.
Stef received both her MBA and BA with honors from the University of Michigan. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband, Michael, and pup, Franny. In her spare time, she loves to do yoga and host friends for dinner.
